Wild berry and rosemary infused gin
A fruity, herbal combination that is perfect for warm summer evenings.

-
1 sprig fresh rosemary
Method:

-
Orange, ginger & cardamom infused gin
A warming, gently spiced combination with fresh citrus notes, ideal for the colder months.
Ingredients:
-
500 ml neutral-style gin
-
Peel of 1 unwaxed orange
-
1 piece fresh ginger, around 2–3 cm
-
3 green cardamom pods
Method:
-
Slice the ginger thinly and gently crush the cardamom pods.
-
Add all the ingredients to your bottle.
-
Pour in the gin and leave to infuse. Taste regularly and remove individual ingredients earlier if their flavour becomes strong enough.
-
Filter the gin and enjoy it neat or use it as the base for a winter cocktail.

-
Hibiscus, lime & Timut pepper infused gin
This recipe combines floral, fruity and citrus notes for a particularly vibrant gin infusion.
Ingredients:
-
500 ml neutral-style gin
-
1 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
-
Peel of 1 lime
-
A few Timut peppercorns
Method:
-
Place all the ingredients in the bottle.
-
Pour in the gin and close the bottle securely.
-
Leave to infuse and taste regularly, as hibiscus, lime peel and pepper can release their flavours at different speeds.
-
Filter once the flavour suits you, then serve with tonic water and a slice of lime.

Infused gin: an original and sociable gift idea
Giving a DIY gin kit means offering more than a selection of flavours: it is a creative experience in its own right. It makes an original gift for a birthday, Valentine’s Day, Christmas or simply for someone who enjoys discovering new spirits and experimenting at home.
You can also organise a gin-themed evening or aperitif for two or with friends. Everyone can create their own recipe, compare infusions and share the results together. It is a relaxed and convivial way to combine experimentation with tasting.
Tips for making great infused gin at home
Creating your own flavoured gin is simple with the instructions included in our Homemade Gin Kit. A few additional tips can help you tailor the result even more closely to your taste:
-
Use a relatively neutral gin if you want the added botanicals to stand out clearly.
-
Filter your infusion thoroughly once you have reached the flavour you want, so that spices and botanicals do not continue changing the taste.
-
Write down your combinations: this makes it much easier to recreate your favourite recipes later.
-
Experiment with infusion times: strong ingredients such as cloves, cinnamon, pepper or rosemary can quickly become dominant. Taste regularly and remove individual ingredients earlier if necessary.
